2019年3月4日 · ロンドン発;韓国の戦争性犯罪 英で追及１月13日付の産経デジタルの記事に、イギリスの民間団体「ライダイハンのための正義」(2017年9月12日設立)が、ライダイハン問題を追及する活動を行っているのを報じています。
この団体は、ベトナムにいる女性が韓国軍兵士らにより性的暴行を受け、苛烈な人生を余儀なくされていることを訴えている。「被害者の女性が求めているのは、賠償ではなく、謝罪です。韓国政府は、女性たちに謝罪すべきです」等と求めている。

の意味です。
ベトナム戦争時、韓国軍兵士や当時派遣された建設関係の民間人などにレイプされたりして、その間に生まれ、現地に取り残された子ども達をいうが、数千人とも一万人以上とも言われている。（写真の新聞記事は、2020年4月5日付産経デジタルで扱っていた記事です）
